Sicily Wedding Venues

“When my customers ask me which is my favorite region in Italy, I always reply Sicily. Of course, each Italian region has its own beauty, but Sicily is unique. The western coast, influenced by the Arabic domination, boasts its typical architecture and wilder areas. The eastern coast offers the vestige of the Greek domination and its cities are adorned with baroque architecture.

Sicily offers lovely beaches and mountains, small beautiful islands, such as the Aeolian and the Aegadian Islands, Pantelleria. And don’t get me started on the food! The Sicilian cuisine has influenced all of Italy, and the world. Just think of desserts like cannoli, cassata, granite (slushes). Sicily is not just a region; it’s a concentration of atmospheres. Getting married here means offering an authentic experience to your guests”

Why choose a luxury Sicily wedding

“My first encounter with Sicily dates back to over 20 years ago, in a journey that brought me closer to a place that is truly unique in the world. I am often asked the reason for my love for a region that is characterized by complex, harsh aspects. I love it because of its variety and strong personality. You can get lost in the diversity of its landscapes – the small, idyllic archipelagos, the largest volcano in Europe, the sandy and rocky beaches, the snow-topped mountains, the palm and citrus groves – studded with prickly pears, palm trees, bougainvillea bushes, agapanthus flowers. One never grows tired of new details and colors.

This huge variety is one of Sicily’s strong personality traits, matched by the food and wine diversity, definitely an Italian excellence. The Sicilian culinary culture is twofold: the raw materials originated by the variety the region offers, and the splendor of the Sicilian stately mansions that until just a few years ago saw the unique traditional rituals beautifully represented in Visconti’s 1963 movie The Leopard. Sicily offers the best fish in Italy, extraordinary fruit such as citrus, figs, carobs, almonds and mulberries that become the main ingredients for cassata, slushes and cannoli. Simple and quality food that does not involve complicated preparation, matched by amazing dishes such the Leopard timbale, caponata, arancini and the renowned pasta with sardines.

Amidst these scents and flavors, we organize weddings featuring the strong personality of this land. The historical passages and the dramas of the great Sicilian families have given this region the highest concentration of renovated palaces, villas, castles, mansions, and tuna fisheries turned in luxury hotels and grounds for dreamlike weddings, and our talented team will be pleased to propose you the best wedding venues.

I recommend a destination wedding in Sicily not so much to have a great party, but to offer a unique experience to your guests. In the last few years, we have organized several weddings and welcome parties, as one of the most expert wedding planner in Sicily; we have therefore gained hands-on experience and we can advise on each area of Sicily, and which venues to select based on your event, what decoration to favor, choosing among the flowers and plants this region has to offer. Whether in Taormina, Palermo, Noto or on a beach, getting married in Sicily represents the ultimate luxury, the luxury of authenticity“.
